Terms | Keys to True Discipleship

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Keys to True Discipleship (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

The $79 one-time purchase grants your church, ministry, family, or organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App's curriculum, lessons, and facilitator tools. Access is intended for the group covered by your purchase and may not be resold or shared outside that group.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and checkout.

4. Payments & Access

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, access is granted to the email address provided at checkout. Access codes distributed by your leader or church provide free member access and do not require payment.

5. Return Policy

All sales are final. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including lessons, lectures, scripture materials, graphics, and text, is owned by M.D.JAMAL / Keys to True Discipleship and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in termination of access without refund.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" for educational and discipleship purposes. We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or that the content is error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keys to True Discipleship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
